　　The company introduces the innovative development concept of “big R&D, big production”, led by the technology center, connecting production and R&D, focusing on the success rate of technology transfer in the front-end of new product R&D, and benchmarking the level of technological and economic indexes, processes, and yields against the international standards in order to maintain sustainable competitiveness.
　　The company promotes the application of new technologies to the optimization of old product processes and the development of new product processes, utilizing advanced means such as microfluidic reaction technology, three-in-one post-processing technology, continuous manufacturing technology and on-line testing technology to replace highly polluting, highly hazardous and highly toxic reagents, and high-energy-consumption-ratio product processes, so as to realize the green upgrading of the company's product processes.
　　At present, the company has completed the exploration of three-in-one post-processing technology for high-risk, high-activity and high-sensitivity posts of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, as well as the research on the substitution of microfluidic reaction process, which will soon be applied to the raw material production line of the global headquarters. By applying the new technology, we can optimize the process of old products, reduce the time of direct contact with high-activity materials by more than 60%, shorten the post-processing time of APIs by about 30% and reduce the need of operators by 40%, and increase the yield of some APIs by more than 10%.

　　Create an integrated energy control center to promote green development of enterprises
　　The new park has planned an integrated energy center in terms of energy, integrating 8 major systems (steam, air conditioning chilled water, air pressure, nitrogen, high-pressure distribution, low-pressure distribution, glycol, circulating water) using a central control platform, and only a small number of employees are needed for one shift of the energy system in the entire park, significantly reducing labor costs.
　　The energy center of the new project can be deployed directly through the energy center according to the energy demand of the user side, and the use of high-pressure centrifugal units with high energy efficiency ratio, magnetic levitation units, and large-scale water-cooled energy storage system can greatly reduce the cost of energy consumption. The comprehensive COP index (coefficient of power consumption per kilowatt of refrigeration capacity) of the system will be raised from about 3.2 to 4.5 after the commissioning of the plant, reaching the highest level in the pharmaceutical industry.
