Recently, the Hubei Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology officially released the 2025 5G Factory Directory, and the “Yichang Renfu 5G Smart Factory” project was smoothly selected.

The selection of the 2025 5G Factory Directory is a key initiative for Hubei Province to further advance the upgraded version of the “5G + Industrial Internet” 512 Project. It aims to identify and promote innovative application cases of 5G technology in the industrial sector, thereby accelerating the digital and intelligent transformation of industries.

The Yichang Renfu 5G Smart Factory Project, centered on technological innovation, has developed several distinctive application scenarios, including “5G + Machine Vision Quality Inspection,” “5G + Remote Equipment Maintenance and Operations,” and “5G + AGV Intelligent Scheduling.” These applications have enabled low-latency collaboration and high-precision control throughout the production process, setting a new benchmark for the intelligent transformation of the pharmaceutical industry. The project leverages 5G technology in conjunction with smart sensing devices and anesthetics. Smart manufacturing production line We have achieved deep integration and fully integrated core information systems—including MES (Manufacturing Execution System), LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System), and WMS (Warehouse Management System)—with “5G+Remote Equipment Maintenance” and “5G+AGV Intelligent Enterprise Resource Planning.” As a result, we have successfully established end-to-end data connectivity across the entire chain—from drug R&D and production to operations and logistics—significantly boosting both production efficiency and management levels. This has provided the pharmaceutical industry with replicable and scalable practical experience for digital transformation.
